MoPao-2S Automatic grinding and polishing machine with double discs is a new generation of high-precision,automatic samples preparation grinding and polishing equipment based oninternational standards and state of the art technology.
Its advanced microprocessor controlsystem enables stepless speed adjustment of the grinder disc and head,intuitive and convenient setting of sample pressure and preparation time. Theoperator just needs to change the grinder disc or metallographic sandpaper andpolished fabric to carry out grinding and polishing. Thus, the device is highlypotential in wider applications. Optional rotating direction of the grinderdisc, fast grinder disc replacement, various sample grippers and isolatedpneumatic load, automatic distribution of grinding materials (with optionalliquid separator), etc. Also features smooth rotation, safety and reliability,low noise, rigidity of grinding and polishing by using the cast aluminum base.
