ZXQ-50S Automatic Sample Mounting Machine is designed for sample preparation by re-patching sample tomeet subsequent requirements on size or shape and surface plainness; or toprotect sample edges or surfaces from damage incurred during preparation.Semi-automatic or automatic grinder/polisher is widely used in modernmetallurgical labs, but these devices work only when samples are within thespecified range of dimensions or are of particular shapes. Sample needs to beprocessed to meet these requirements. Therefore, mounting devices have become acrucial part in metallurgical labs.
This automatic metallographic samplesmounting device, with the circular water cooling function, is suitable forthermally mounting all materials (thermoset and thermoplastic). Set up mountingparameters of heating temperature, holding time and force, put in the sampleand mounting materials, tighten the cover, and then press the button. Thedevice auto completes the process without the need of human supervision. Depending on different requirements of thetest sample, be free to take any combination from the four specs of mold.Pressing to prepare two samples at the same time is allowed, thus doubling thepreparation capacity.
